Should your ring need to be serviced after the initial 30-day free sizing/exchange period, our production facility is ready to assist you. This warranty includes damage, breakage, manufacturing defects, unusual discoloration, stones, inlays, and even accidental damage.

Gold, Platinum, and Sterling Silver
The CASTLE wedding bands in these materials carry a high-level Lifetime Guarantee and is one of the best in the fine jewelry industry. Within 30 days of delivery date you can exchange your CASTLE Wedding Band for another size, we will cover the shipping. Precious metal bands will be charged or refunded any difference in price according to the size difference. If the band is custom engraved there is a re-engraving fee of $29. After 30 days of delivery your CASTLE Wedding Band is covered under the Castle Guard Lifetime Exchange Warranty program. Your wedding band warranty includes any damage, breakage, manufacturing defects, stones, and inlays.
Wedding bands in the COURTYARD MARKET category are covered by our CASTLE Guard Premium warranty. All other wedding band categories are covered by our CASTLE Guard Elite warranty.
