Most CASTLE Wedding Bands are made upon the submission of your order.
Before placing your order please be sure about the:
- ring size
- engraving text if selected
- font selection if selected
- width selection options
- karat selection options
- color selection options
- and other customizations such as finish options
Your CASTLE Wedding Band will be made according to the information and options you selected in your order.

30 Day RETURNS: There is a Limited 30 Day Return policy
If your wedding band has customization with engraving, adding of stones, custom sizing, or custom finishes added, it is returnable
within 30 days for partial refund, as there is a 40% restocking fee for custom-order wedding band.
CASTLE Wedding Bands guarantees and stands behind all of our products and that it will be made according to your order. If you receive your CASTLE Wedding Band with an error made by us we will immediately produce a corrected wedding band and expedite the shipping for you. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective ring, etc.).
If you need to return your wedding band within the 30 day returns period, please Contact Us with your order number and details about your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order and work out any replacement details. We will do all possible to make you the perfect wedding band.
Shipping
FREE Shipping is available to all United States addresses. Signature is sometimes required for delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions in some countries on jewelry products of precious metals and diamonds.
When you place an order with an address outside the U.S. we will estimate international shipping and delivery dates for you based on the production time of your order and the shipping options available.
CASTLE Wedding Bands is not responsible for any tariffs, VAT, or other sales and import taxes imposed by your country, or any additional handling and shipping charges imposed inside your country. Buyers are responsible for their countries imposed fees. We are unable to pre-pay for duties and taxes your country imposes on your purchase.
