At the time of purchase, your Castle Wedding Band is automatically registered with the highest comprehensive Lifetime Warranty in the jewelry industry. All Castle Wedding Bands are covered with our exclusive and hassle-free Castle Guard Lifetime Warranty program.

Besides covering any manufacturing defects for life, your Castle Wedding Band warranty covers accidental damage to your wedding band. In case of damage, simply return the ring and Castle Wedding Bands will repair or in some cases replace your ring. Because alternative metal rings such as tungsten carbide, ceramic, cobalt chrome, and titanium are extremely hard, they cannot be resized and repaired using traditional methods.

The Castle Guard Lifetime Warranty includes lifetime sizing if your ring size ever changes. Castle Wedding Bands that are non-gold, silver, or platinum will either be resized or exchanged to the new size needed. Gold, Platinum, or silver rings that need resized larger will be done at a nominal charge for adding the additional metal. Metal prices will be quoted according to the band width, the metal market price of the day, and added sizes needed to enlarge the wedding band.

Any custom work done on your wedding band such as engraving will need to be paid if the customization is wanted on the replacement ring. Please see the following processing/handling fee schedule:

Contemporary metals and sterling silver wedding bands $35

10K & 14K Gold wedding bands $45

18K Gold and Platinum wedding bands $55

Re-engraving $29

Normal wear of the wedding band – not covered

Refurbish and re-polish - $99

Loss or theft of your Castle Wedding Band is not covered.
