Returns Policy

Many CASTLE Wedding Bands are made upon the submission of your order.

Before placing your order please be sure about the:

• ring size
• text if engraving is selected
  
• font selection if engraving is selected
  
• width selection options
  
• karat selection options
  
• color selection options
  
• and other customization requested such as finish options

Your CASTLE Wedding Band will be made according to the information and options you selected in your order.

30 Day RETURNS:  There is a Limited 30 Day Return policy

If your wedding band was ordered with customization engraving, adding of stones, customized sizing, or custom finishes, it is returnable within 30 days for partial refund as there is a 40% restocking/refurbishing fee. 

CASTLE Wedding Bands guarantees and stands behind all of our products and that it will be made according to your order.  If you receive your CASTLE Wedding Band with an error made by us we will immediately produce a corrected wedding band and expedite the shipping for you. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective ring, etc.).

If you need to return your wedding band within the 30 day return period, please Contact Us with your order number and details about your return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return your order and work out any replacement details and/or refund.  We will do all possible to make you the perfect Castle wedding band.
